Job Summary

We are looking for an Office Administration and Accounts Assistant to join the team immediately. The Office Administration and Accounts Assistant is required to prove exceptional office administration, customer service experience and basic accounting knowledge. We are looking for a recent graduate with at least 1 year office based experience

  • Minimum Qualification:Bachelor

Job Description/Requirements

Assist in coordinating and managing training, meetings, and the conference room schedule.

• Manage inventory of all company equipment in the office.

• Maintaining general office files, including departmental files, vendor files, and other files related to office operations

• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.

• Carrying out clerical duties such as making and receiving phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents as directed

• Keep stock of office supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure they are used efficiently

• Keep track of all training material and equipment as it goes out to the training venues and back to the office.

• Making sure the office is clean, neat and well organized at all times including supervision of vendors responsible for office cleaning

• Perform bookkeeping tasks including budget tracking, reconciliation of expense receipts and invoices, and filing of receipts, invoices and other financial documents in the office.

• Manage office petty cash.

• Representing Tiny Totos to the public, meetings and as the main face in the office at all times in a dignified, articulate manner.

• Providing any other support that may reasonably be required and requested.
