Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Support:
● Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies.
● Ensure coffee machines, water dispensers, and other kitchen equipment are operational and stocked.
Office Cleanliness
● Perform general cleaning tasks such as tidying common areas, emptying trash bins, and ensuring restrooms are stocked.
● Monitor office cleanliness and address issues promptly.
Errands and Messenger Duties:
● Deliver and collect documents, packages, or supplies within the office or to external partners as needed.
● Handle small shopping tasks, such as purchasing office kitchen supplies.
General Office Support
● Assist with organizing and setting up for meetings or events.
● Support basic administrative tasks, such as filing or light data entry, as directed.
