Job Description/Requirements

REMUNERATION: KSHS 65,000/- gross per month

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Diploma and/or experience in hospitality, service and operations or in PR.  Experience in office and administration tasks including IT office applications is also required.  The successful candidate will be an extrovert who enjoys working with people and building relationships


JOB DESCRIPTION: Execution of tasks within the areas of operations, member management, sales and events,  as laid out by the Coworking Space Community Management Team, for the successful operations and management of the space; and create an environment that have members keep coming back.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Operations: Be at the reception to greet and attend to members, guests and enquiries and create a welcoming feeling when entering the Coworking Space while screening for members and non-members through both technical and non-technical solutions; Informing members of guest arrivals; accepting packages and sorting the mail, opening and closing the space daily; ensuring the space is kept tidy and clean; Management of staff team responsible for successful and efficient running of the space

2.    Member Management:  Development and implementation of membership sales strategy; signing up members, hosting and logistics for  member gatherings, including member meetings; assisting members; member policy enforcement; creation and maintaining the space culture (vibe) that resonates with the Coworking Space members; Managing member communication through the member communication strategy; New member tours, introducing new members to other members; facilitating connections between members; manage, improve and exploit relationships to keep a harmonious environment; create an environment that have members coming back: member conflict resolution
