JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Manager to join ouraccounting firm. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring thesmooth operation of our office, handling administrative tasks, office billing,and client engagement communications. This role is perfect for someone with abackground in tax accounting and a passion for providing exceptional clientservice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Responsibilities:** 1. **Administrative Roles:** - Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency andproductivity. - Maintain office supplies and manage inventory. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, andtravel arrangements. - Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, anddocuments. 2. **Office Billing:** - Manage invoicing and billing processes, ensuringaccuracy and timeliness. - Track and reconcile accounts receivable and payable. - Handle expense reports and reimbursement procedures. 3. **Client Engagement Communications:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,addressing their inquiries and concerns. - Ensure clear and effective communication between theoffice and clients. - Schedule client meetings and manage client records. 4. **Filtering Administrative Communications:** - Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and mail. - Prioritize and distribute information as needed to theappropriate departments. 5. **Assist the Client’s Needs:** - Provide support to clients in preparing and organizingnecessary documentation. - Offer assistance with client tax accounting needs andqueries. 6. **Tax Accounting:** - Support the accounting team with tax preparation andfiling. - Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance. - Assist in the management and organization of taxdocuments. **Skills and Qualifications:** - **Experience:** - 2-3 years of experience in tax management is a plus. - Proven experience in an administrative or office managementrole. - **Skills:** - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
