Job Description

·       Recruiting and onboarding drivers and customers for the company

·       Planning and implementing effective recruiting and onboarding strategies

·       Explaining to potential drivers and customers the benefits of being recruited and onboarded

·       Answering questions about the company and its products

·       Contacting potential drivers and customers and recruiting and onboarding them

·       Developing plans to achieve recruiting and onboarding targets and objectives

·       Identifying potential drivers and customers and recruiting and onboarding them

·       Utilizing social media platforms to recruit and onboard potential drivers and customers

·       Promoting brand awareness and visibility in the industry

·       Meeting or exceeding recruiting and onboarding targets on a consistent basis

Requirements

The ideal men and women we are looking for must have the following:

·       At least KCSE or its equivalent

·       Good sales and marketing skills

·       Good communication, persuasive, bargaining, and interpersonal skills

·       Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed

·       Ability to work remotely and independently without any supervision

·       Willing to work outdoors under all weather conditions

·       Fit for the job requires a lot of walking and moving about

·       Able to work under pressure without supervision

·       Ability to meet daily and monthly targets on a consistent basis

·       Time management skills and self-motivation skills

·       Friendly with a pleasant and engaging personality

·       A good understanding of the Online transportation industry
