CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties:
1. Take orders from clients, offer services and provide support in person and via telephone or internet.
2. Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives and targets.
3. Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities through the Social Media Platforms and mostly the Webpage.
4. Update customer database with contact details, type of products purchased, sizes and interest information from the prospective customers.
5. Following the social media Yearly calendar, perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.
6. Continuous engagement with customers which should maintain profitable and productive relationships.
7. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
9. Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits on presentation of products as well as resolving customers issues.
10. Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
11. Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
12. Continuously giving management customer feedback.
13. Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
14. Any other relevant duty assigned by the Head of Department.
• Degree/Diploma in a Business-related course with specialization in Marketing.
• At least three years’ sales work experience in a fashion retail industry or similar role in the service industry.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
