The candidate will play a key role in our Operations team. We’re looking for a super-smart generalist to join the team as the Operations Manager. Your role will be at the heart of our company, working under the COO and to ensure we are meeting business goals.

A. Responsible for planning, directing and managing performance of all internal operations.
B. Manage and lead the customer service team and ensure SLA’s are adhered to.
C. Ensure partner financial institutions provide and maintain the service required from an accuracy, timeliness and efficiency basis.
D. Assist in the ongoing development of business policies, processes & procedures and ensure adherence
E. Participate in the review, development and testing of new initiatives designed to improve the existing platform
F. Assist with management of company finances
G. Understand and help to implement and adhere to compliance policies and procedures
A. Will have prior experience in Operations role preferably with financial institutions
B. Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders internally and outside the organisation
C. Demonstrate sound leadership and people management skills.
D. Must be tech savvy
E. Problem solver with ability to multi task
F. Ability to excel in a start up environment by staying organized, not being afraid to take initiative and willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
