B. Duties and Responsibilities
The Staff member shall be engaged in the capacity of Operations Manager, the current duties and responsibilities of which are set out below. The following duties and responsibilities may be amended from time to time based on the discussions of the parties.
•    Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.
•    Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CFO, CEO and other key executive team members.
•    Partner with the CFO to achieve favorable financial results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, mergers and acquisitions, systems, reporting and controls.
•    Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
•    Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
•    Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
•    Works with other c-level executives on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs.
•    Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.
•    Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members.
•    Work with the CEO, CFO and other executives in the sales raise process, participate in the company’s road shows. 
•    Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
•    Implement business strategies and procedures
•    Oversee daily operations of the company (Marketing, Sales, HR, Projects, etc.)
•    Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
•    Attend periodic group Meetings, and networking events
•    Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
•    Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
•    Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external.
•    Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
•    Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.
•    Assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Company to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives.
•    Oversee the implementation financial procedures and organizational policies and programs to drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass the industry average
•    Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management
•    Developing actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.
•    Creating and supervise project document, plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines for Waayeel entities.
•    Developing a budget and operating plan for the projects.
•    Developing an evaluation method to assess project strengths and identify areas for improvement and ensure that projects are implemented on time.
•    Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
•    Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
•    Analyzing operation and project risks.
•    Participate the hiring, training and performance evaluations of the Operations and Project management staff.
•    Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
•    Ensure all preparations for external audit.
•    Follow up monthly reports from the different Waayeel entities and support entities to remain a going concern.
•    Ensure that audit recommendations are implemented and incorporated with Entities policies.
•    Support sales generation for the entities
•    Support strategic cascading and strategic performance of the Waayeel entities.
•    Support in solving conflicts and major challenges encountered by the entities

•    MBA or Bachelor’s degree in operations management, economics, or related field.
•    Experience in management, operations, and leadership. Experience in a Consulting Firm is an added advantage.
•    Ability to build targets and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
•    Excellent communication skills.
•    Solid understanding of team management, financial management, etc.
