Job Description/Requirements

● Streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.

● Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.

● Managing staffing levels, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

● Overseeing the maintenance and utilization of equipment, facilities, and technology.

● Ensuring that products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations.

● Developing and managing operational budgets to control costs and optimize resource allocation.Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

● Overseeing the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

● Setting operational goals and objectives to drive performance and growth.

● Identifying potential risks to operations and developing mitigation strategies.

● Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

● Leading and motivating the operations team to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.

● Facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams.


Qualifications

● A minimum of Foreign multinational Manager level experience (production control manager or planning manager).

● A minimum of 7 years proven experience in a similar role.

● Should have knowledge of related systems, such as SAP.

● Must have proven experience with Ms excel functions (viso icon management, statistical analysis functions. Judgment function, summary function, trade-off function, pivot table).

● Should have strong cost management ability
