Pastry Chef Job Summary
You will be mixing and baking ingredients according to the recipe. You will be finishing the product with glaze or decorative. You will also be checking the quality of ingredients and ensuring that the equipment is working properly.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Preparing pastries for the bakery
- Mixing and baking ingredients according to recipes
- Preparing and baking different types of pastries
- Checking the quality of the ingredients and making sure the equipment is working properly
- Measuring, mixing and combining various ingredients to create dough that is then rolled, shaped and baked into the desired product.
- Finishing the product with glaze or decorative
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate/ Diploma in Baking/ Pastry with 2 to 3 years’ experience
- Passionate about baking
- Good knowledge of preparing different pastries
- Willing to learn
- Team player
