Sales – Target and margin based.
• Engage the customers and ensure they are satisfied as far as medication and enquiry is concerned.
• Indicate the out of stock and missing products during the selling process
• Post all manual cash-sales before end of the day or shift and indicate the reference no. in the book.
• Monitor the expiry dead stock in the allocated area.
• Dusting the allocated area daily and ensure its well arranged.
• Report any customer related issue that require further attention to the Directors.
• To engage in key or targeted customer activities.
• Record all prescription sales in the record book.
• Record expired items in the record book and remove from the shelf.
• Participate in the Company meetings and give views on growth and risks.
• Be a high performance team player.
• Work closely with other departments to achieve the goal of the organization.
• Any other duty that he/she may be called to assist from time to time.
