About the Company

We are a company located in central Kenya, dealing with Wholesale and Retail sales of Agricultural Farm Inputs. The company’s mission is to Conveniently provide quality inputs at fair prices.

We are looking for a highly organized Vet to manage one of our outlets in Molo Town. The person will be responsible for running the daily sales activities at the outlet to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

● Offer professional advice to walk in customers for them to make informed purchase decisions.

● Achieve set sales targets.

● Make over the counter sales and remit the sales amounts to the company’s accounts as instructed.

● Register all Farmers/Customers and maintain an updated Database of all servedthrough the Outlet.

● Dispatch products to the van sales team and do necessary daily reconciliations.

● Monitor product movement trends and make informed purchase projections.

● Ensure proper inventory management to avoid inventory losses and expiries.

● Ensure proper handling and storage of agricultural inputs as per requirements by KVB, KEPHIS and PCPB.

● Maintaining accurate records of all goods received and dispatched from the Outlet.

● Ensure security and safety protocols are observed at the outlet to avoid injuries and losses.

● Conduct accurate scheduled stock takes and submit timely stock status reports.

● Ensuring that the Outlet is kept clean and safe at all times

● Provide leadership to other employees at the outlet.

● Strategically manage the Outlet in compliance with company’s Policies and Vision and Mission

Qualifications

● Minimum Certificate in Animal Health Production.

● KVB registration/membership with active KVB number

● 3 years’ experience in Agri – inputs sales, preferably doing over the counter sales for both animal health and crop protection products.

● Computer proficiency.
