Job Summary

Our client in the ICT industry is currently looking to hire a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

AMC Reporting

·         Data entry from tickets and job cards from PM activities

·         Conducting product analysis and giving relevant reports to clients

·         Perform trend analysis and quality reviews on support services

Preventive Maintenance team coordination

·         Schedule Preventive maintenance activities as per the service contracts

·         Facilitate the purchase of resources and materials to be used by the team during the maintenance projects

·         Process cash requests to be incurred during Preventive and Annual maintenance services to clients

·         Preparation of payment schedules used for tabulation and processing salary payments for the PM team

Services Billing

·         Invoice tracking by maintaining a database on Annual Maintenance contracts and outsource sites

·         Creation of sales order requests


  • Diploma in Information Technology or a Business-related course
  • Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage
  • Previous work experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar capacity.

Knowledge & skills requirements     

  •  Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office products
  • Patience, courteous and good listening skills
  • Possess organizational and time management skills
