Job Description/Requirements

•    To enhance client experience by ensuring pleasant entry to the facility and appropriating seating and reception.
•    To ensure timely processing of client paperwork to reduce avoidable delays and client disappointment.
•    To synchronize client processing with booking details to ensure adherence to the programme of the day.
•    To keep clients updated of the timelines and any possible delays
•    Address any dissatisfaction expressed by clients or complaints raised.
•    Keep track of client movement within the facility and update principals on real time progress.
•    Manage timelines.
•    Regular reports on progress in key parameters.
•    Need to be IT proficient and in data analysis.
•    To synchronize IT systems use to improve flows and routines in the facility

Qualifications & Education Requirements   
•    Bachelors degree  or Diploma in Business Administration/ Customer Care/PR
•    IT proficiency will be an added advantage
•    Articulate in English/Swahili
