Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with clients' objectives and industry best practices.
2. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure optimal performance and value. Foster strong relationships to drive continuous improvement.
3. Tender Management: Oversee the preparation, evaluation, and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Provide insightful recommendations to clients.
5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPM).
3. Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
4. Strong understanding of procurement processes
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
