Job Description/Requirements
Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure that the required materials and equipment are obtained on time
Identify, evaluate and select suppliers to establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships
Negotiate contract terms to ensure that the company obtains the most cost-effective procurement plan
Supervise product quality to ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations
Cooperate with the finance department to manage procurement budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost control
Track purchase orders and handle order issues, delays or supply chain disruptions, etc.
Job requirements:
College or bachelor's degree, supply chain management, procurement, logistics or related fields are preferred
At least 2 years of procurement-related work experience, food industry or catering service experience is preferred
Excellent negotiation skills and supplier management capabilities
In-depth understanding of procurement processes, inventory management and supply chain management
Proficient in using procurement management software and office software
Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
