Job Summary
Project Assistants are responsible for assisting in the planning, execution and tracking of projects under the guidance of the Project Manager. They play a supporting role in ensuring the smooth completion of projects and usually need to coordinate various resources and personnel to ensure that the project progress and quality meet expectations.

Job Description/Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in developing and executing project plans to ensure that the project is completed on time.
Coordinate communication and task allocation among project team members.
Monitor project progress, collect and organize project data, and prepare project progress reports.
Assist in organizing and arranging project meetings, including preparing meeting materials and recording meeting minutes.
Handle daily administrative affairs in the project to ensure the smooth operation of the project.
Maintain communication with customers and suppliers to solve various problems that arise in the project.
Job Requirements:
High school degree or above, project management or related majors are preferred.
Possess certain project management knowledge and experience, and those with relevant internship or work experience are preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks.
Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
