Degree of expertise, Qualifications and Conditions
- At least a Bachelor degree or equivalent related to forestry, agriculture, natural resources management or rural development;
- At least three years extensive professional experience of development projects and project management, preferably in the international projects;
- Good understanding of the desertification and climate resilience enhancement and also about international development partners such as UNCCD, GEF, FAO, ICARDA;
- Ability to act actively in an organized way to achieve the objectives;
- Personal flexibility and high motivation;
- Good communication and excellent reporting skills in English;
- Good skills in Microsoft Office and some communication tools such as WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Zoom for teleconferencing;
- Preferably, experience in externally-funded Natural Resources development projects and working in a team;
- Who has a work-from-home environment including internet access, personal computers, smartphones or tablets;
