Cellsoft technologies is seeking to hire a Project Customer Success Executive (Customer Journey) who will be in charge to urge & quench the clients' needs based on the product in prospect.

Job Summary
Our ideal candidate MUST be good in customer service. The executive will work on project developments. As a candidate for this position; you must be positive in nature, flexible, product loyal, good planning skills, ability to work on their own and a good logical mindset. You will be our customer face and you will also teach customers how to use the software.

Salary Scale 25 – 75k.

Technical Skill Set
1.    Good Communicator
a.    Both written -English and Swahili
2.    Important to keep the team update throughout the day and the week.
3.    Good Planning and Follow up capability
4.    Strong Work Ethic –
a.    Jobs must be done – rescheduled as required
5.    Good Basic I.T. skills
a.    Word, PPT, XLS et Microsoft Product
6.    Punctual with excuse
7.    Be prepared to work longer hours to ensure delivery
8.    Be prepared to work alone while keeping people updated.
9.    Conduct Site Visits and Online training for Customer
a.    This is why communication and being Charismatic is crucial.

Must Have Requirements.
•    A Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service professional.
•    A Diploma / a Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
•    Persuasive speaking skills with ability to empathize with the customer
•    Experience in IT solution software firm will be an advantage
