Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct routine property inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Deliver rent notices and follow up on rent collections Assist in resolving tenant concerns and minor disputes Ensure properties remain clean, secure, and in good condition
- Support leasing activities by showing vacant units to prospective tenants
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, tenant feedback, and repair needs
- Report urgent matters to the Property Manager promptly
- Carry out any other related field duties as directed
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Land Economics, or Real Estate.
- Over 3 years in property management with a large portfolio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have managed a team before. & strong organizational and time management skills.
- Great planning and Organizing.
- Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
