Job Description

Location: Kisii

Duties and Responsibilities among others
•    Preparation of all standard solutions for use in analysis work
•    Monitor stocks of laboratory consumables and other additives for the production process
•    Ensure proper hygiene practices are observed and maintained for both the process and
•    personnel by carrying out the hygiene audit and taking necessary action
•    Ensure that market returns are analysed and communicated for action and follow up
•    Ensure that product analysis is done as per laid down procedures and standards
•    Follow up on process non-conformances
•    Carry out research and product development

Minimum qualifications, experience and competencies
•    BSC Food Science and Technology or related field
•    Higher National Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field
•    Must have 3-4 years working experience in FMCG industry
•    Must be proficient in the use of MS Office suites of packages
•    Ability to work in a team
•    Customer Oriented
