Role Summary
The job holder will work with a team to ensure that our platform meets the needed quality standards. He/She will ensure reliability, usability and proper performance of our platform and its products.
Additionally, He/She will assure production quality is consistent, processes are validated, and audits are done. This position handles system improvements and manages documentation
Key Measures of Performance
The performance of this role holder will be assessed based on the achievements made on:
• Ability to assess and improve the QA process
• Information analyzation

Responsibilities
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with the Software Development Engineer in Testing- SDET to develop effective strategies and test plans regarding our products testing
• Execute test cases and analyze results
• Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with given requirements, both internal to our company and external
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to QA Lead and Development teams for resolution
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Participate in product innovation
• Any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Academic and Professional Qualifications
• BSc or BA in the appropriate field
• Abilities in QA measuring and testing
• In-depth knowledge of safety needs and legal standards
• Computer knowledge in MS Office and analytics software
Relevant Experience
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
