Employment Type: Part time
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to clients.
- Prospect for leads through networking, referrals, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and post engaging real estate content including property photos, videos, virtual tours, and live sessions.
- Manage company and personal real estate social media accounts to increase visibility and engagement.
- Schedule and conduct property showings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, property owners, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with market trends
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic photography, videography, or graphic design skills are a plus.
- Tech-savvy and familiar online listing platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Content creation and basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Customer service or client relations experience.
