Job Description
•    Prospecting , closing sales and leases on properties.
•    Source and acquire new business opportunities.
•    Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
•    Undertake market intelligence.
•    Always understand the current market trends including competitors and communicate such.
•    Researching and developing marketing opportunities, plans and suggesting system improvement to achieve the company's marketing goals.
•    Responsible for all marketing activities.
•    Ensure there's enough property in the company's portfolio.
•    Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of property.
•    Represent the company in all sales meetings, participate in seminars, conferences and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
•    Servicing existing Contracts.
•    Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications
•    Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Economics or any other business related field from a recognized Institution.
•    At least 3 years experience in real estate sales and marketing.
•    Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
•    Good organization and administrative skills.
•    Aggressive, energetic and reliable.
•    Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
•    Proven ability to close sale and achieve targets.
•    Customer focused, presentable and have attention to detail.
•    Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
•    Ability to adopt a flexible approach to meet the business's targets and needs.
•    A Valid Driving license preferably motorcycles.
