Reporting into: Senior Recruitment Consultant 


Key Responsibilities

  1. Assisting  the Recruitment team in Building  relationships with clients
  2. Assisting in Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates
  3. Receiving and reviewing applications, Assisting in managing interviews and short-listing candidates
  4. Assist in Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer
  5. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
  6. Organizing interviews for the candidate as requested by the client
  7. Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
  8. Creation of presentations when required Interview people looking for work, record relevant personal and work details to match them with appropriate jobs
  9. Receive and record job vacancy information from employers
  10. Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns
  11. Conduct and analyze psychometric tests
  12. Interview job seekers and prepare shortlists of candidates for referral to prospective employers
  13. Check references and suitability of applicants before referring to employers
  14. Prepare resumes and correspondence for suitable applicants to forward to employers
  15. Advise job seekers regarding a personal presentation at interviews and about their written applications and resumes
  16. Arrange appropriate training in job skills
  17. Assist with sales and marketing duties designed to increase the client base, including visiting employers to assess working conditions and discuss consultancy services and fees
  18. Observe jobs to obtain information about job requirements
  19. Prepare job descriptions and letters of appointment

  • Candidate/job seekers management  


Qualifications and experience

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a recruiter in a busy recruitment firm
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Honest, high integrity and transparency.
  • A person with a pleasant attitude and ability
  • Quick learner with exceptional organizational skills
