Key Responsibilities:
County Coordination: Lead and manage operations within assigned counties to drive sales and product distribution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, government officials, and other stakeholders.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market penetration.
Logistics Management: Oversee the transportation and delivery of products to ensure timely and efficient distribution.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the agritech sector.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, distribution, and customer feedback.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.
