Our client is a global biotech company with direct presence in 16 countries worldwide and sales in more than 120 of IVD, Veterinary, Agrofood and Biotech laboratory analytical solutions.

Our client is seeking an experienced RM–BD, to oversee our business operations in sub-Saharan countries and to expand our customer base. The Regional Manager will be responsible to establish a strong relationship with customers and identify their needs to offer proactive services effectively. Develop robust product knowledge, build confidence of clients by organizing the trainings and ensure customer satisfaction. Leading and managing distributors, to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability. As a Regional Manager, your duties will also include mentoring management of distributors, equip them with technical knowledge, transfer company values & approach to build the brand image, identify the gaps and connect to the end-users to provide prompt and efficient services, setting yearly sales forecast, regional marketing & sales plans in alignment with business objectives and supporting supply Chain Manager with Monthly operation & needs.

The Regional Manager should be someone with experience in the Life-Sciences, preferably IVD field, with servant-leader leadership qualities and decision-making, highly executive and focus on commercial results and customer satisfaction. At personnel level should be someone efficient, strong analytical and problem-solving with ability to multitask, team player and managing people, work efficiently under pressure, critical thinking and with good communication skills.
Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

• Bachelor Life Sciences Degree or above.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in the IVD field.
• Strong Commercial & Customer Care skills.
• Customer focused mind set with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
• Strategic thinking
• Sense of integrity
• Strong command in English.
• Availability to travel abroad.
