Regional Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and experienced regional sales representative to promote and sell the company's products in Nairobi and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position is suitable for candidates with excellent communication skills, customer orientation and results orientation.

Main Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's products in the designated area and achieve sales targets.

Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships, and visit customers regularly.

Analyze market trends, identify sales opportunities, and propose sales strategies.

Communicate with customers, answer product-related questions, and provide after-sales support.

Collect and feedback customer opinions to assist the company in improving products and services.

Regularly report sales performance and provide market and competition analysis.

Job Requirements

College degree or above, marketing, business or related majors are preferred.

More than 2 years of sales experience, with regional sales experience preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English and Swahili.
