Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage relationships with car dealers in Nairobi

  • Present Mogo products to customers and partners

  • Sell logbook loans

  • Generate sales leads from partners

  • Work closely with other Mogo employees to ensure prospective customers are served in the most convenient and professional way

  • Ensure that KYC, fraud check, and credit risk procedures are followed correctly

  • Train, motivate and manage Independent Sales Agents

  • Attend different events e.g Car Bazaar to create brand awareness and acquire new contacts.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Degree in a Business-related course

  • Previous experience of working with car dealerships

  • Previous direct sales experience

  • Knowledge of logbook or consumer loan business

  • Fluent in English and Swahili

  • Loyalty and integrity
