RACG offers services across five key areas: – Financial services – Strategic advisory services – Executive search – Real estate & IndustriesOverall Job PurposeThe Relationship Officers overall purpose is to achieve business growth for the Bank by selling Consumer Banking products and services within assigned market segments and by promoting and selling other products and services of the Bank to enhance value-added relationship with existing customers.Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.Minimum 3 years’ Sales experience in banking, with a proven top-performance record.Sales-driven and Achievement Oriented i.e. strives to achieve results and enjoys being judged on performance standards.Proven planning, co-ordination and time management skillsStrong Networking skills and Street SmartExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport easily with customers, and have the ability to work individually and as part of a team.Personal Ethics: Must be honest, fair, just but firm with himself, and of high integrity.
