Remote Sales Assistant (Kenya Market)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Remote Sales Assistant to assist us in expanding into the Kenyan market. As a member of the sales team, you will support and execute sales strategies to help the company achieve its business goals in the Kenyan market. You will communicate with customers, handle sales-related matters, and provide administrative support to the team.

Main Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers through phone, email and other online channels to promote sales.

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales plans and tracking sales progress.

Manage and maintain the customer database to ensure that customer information is accurate and updated in a timely manner.

Handle customer inquiries, provide relevant information about products and services, and resolve customer issues.

Prepare sales reports and other required documents to support sales decisions.

Participate in market research, collect relevant data on the Kenyan market, and analyze market trends.

Job Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, and remote work experience is preferred.

Familiar with the Kenyan market and its culture, and fluent in English and Swahili.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to effectively handle customer needs.
