• Coordinating all functions of the Restaurant and Conferencing.
• Continuously evaluating and suggesting improvement on operational procedures focusing on productivity & revenue.
• Overall responsibility on stock control and requisitions
• Develop, build and motivate high performing team
• Perform duties as the Restaurant Manager in charge of all outlets and conferencing.
• Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager's duties and responsibilities.
• Co-coordinating all food & Beverage services in liaison with the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Promotion of sales to attract revenue
• Supervisory duties to all F&B Personnel for good service delivery.
