Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  1. Managing restaurant staff's work schedules
  2. Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
  3. Supervision of staff to ensure they follow the standards and rules as laid out by the company
  4. Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
  5. Managing social media and ordering platforms
  6. Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
  7. ordering ingredients for the kitchen staff and gathering feedback from customers
  8. Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
  9. Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
  10. Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service and whether it has exceeded their expectations
  11. Providing customer feedback to management
  12. Answering phone calls
  13. Collecting and purchasing of supplies from various suppliers
  14. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
  15. Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring that all products and drinks are ordered in the correct quantities
  16. Any other duties as assigned from time to time


Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality is advantageous
  2. Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
  3. Ability to professionally address customer complaints
  4. Vast knowledge of food and drink items
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Ability to stand for extended periods
  7. Strong management skills
  8. Excellent organizational skills
  9. Effective communication skills
  10. Exceptional customer service skills

Salary: 20,000
