Job Summary

We are a medium sized restaurant located Nairobi. We are looking for passionate, experienced Restaurant Supervisor.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities
• Overseeing all the activities of the restaurant
• Managing workflow
• Training new hires
• Monitor customer experience
• Creating and managing team schedules
• Reporting to HR and senior management
• Manage inventory
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback
• Ensure Adherence to Food Safety and Sanitation Standards

Qualifications:
1) Diploma (minimum qualification) in hospitality from a reputable institution
2) 2-4 years’ experience in supervision
3) Articulate and self-confident
4) High level of integrity and professionalism
5) Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
6) Good organizational skills and ability to schedule and manage their own workload
