Duties & Responsibilities
• In charge of all client documentation-
• This include receiving client documents and also giving out client documents
• Maintaining Client visit register
• In charge of office supplies
• Providing support to other members of their team by answering phones, greeting clients, or arranging meetings
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, or mail to answer questions about products or services
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents and typing correspondence
• Maintaining client databases and updating customer contact information
• Coordinating with vendors to track orders, ensure prompt shipment of goods and confirm delivery dates
• Scheduling appointments with clients to discuss product features and pricing options
• Organizing travels for clients to the site
• Assisting with the development of proposals and presentations to potential
• Excellent excel and Microsoft office skills is a must, especially for functions relevant to financial management and accounting
• Excellent Quick Books expertise will be considered an asset
• Must be conversant with financial and accounting terminology
• Excellent communication skills in English language
• Good time management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Superb customer service skills – must be able to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds and technical expertise
• Must be dynamic and take initiative
• Must be a team player
• Diploma or degree in Business administration or Related field.
• 2 – 3 year experience in a sales and admin role.
