We are a reputable events company looking for a sales and customer relations executive to work in the company on full term basis who will play a key role in providing the interface between customers and the company

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key responsibilities
•    Develop new pipeline of potential clients both in corporate and individual levels
•    Source for events and related jobs for the company
•    Build relationships with the clients in line with the company products
•    Advise clients on the different events product profiles
•    Schedule meetings with customers to understand and discuss their needs
•    Act as a point of contact between the clients and the company
•    Customer follow up to close the sale and keep records of customer interactions
•    Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests

Key skills
•    Should have good communication skills
•    Should be persuasive with excellent negotiation skills
•    Should have good computer skills with the basic excel knowledge
•    Problem solving attitude
•    Ability to handle pressure and work with minimal supervision
•    Teamwork spirit
•    Strong communicator and collaborator throughout all levels
•    Excellent networking and influencing skills
•    Strong passion and interest for development in events industry

Education and Qualifications
•    Degree or Diploma in Business administration or Business-related courses.
•    Experience managing events
•    Sales experience in service sector is a MUST
