We deal with both interior and commercial lighting. We supply our products country wide in Kenya both B2C and B2B custom


Roles And Responsibility

  1. Developing Sales and Marketing Strategies to capture key demographic.
  2. Conducting regular market research on your target market and competitors.
  3. Continuously visit the markets to strengthen relationship with both existing and bring new on board.
  4. Planning, developing and managing all marketing campaigns.
  5. Monitoring marketing and sales success.
  6. Preparing daily reports of the field sales and communication.
  7. Social Media Strategy Planning and Implementation.
  8. Maintaining and improving new and existing relationships with the client.
  9. Creating Sales Strategy and plans for the company growths .
  10. Meet and Exceed KPIs and Sales Targets, preparing weekly sales plans and submit comprehensive reports as per the requirements.
  11. Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solution.
  12. Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
  13. Gathering feedback from customers on products and services so as to inform improvement decisions.
  14. Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.
  15. Meet with the customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
  16. Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, application and competitions.

Key Competences

  • High level proficiency on computer literacy across multiple sales and marketing programs.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and Analytic skill.
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Powerful negotiation skills
  • Have full market knowledge
  • Good planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Should have high sensitivity, confidentiality when dealing with customers.
