MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities and Qualities

• New Business acquisition

• Target oriented

• Adherence and meeting of sales target

• Passionate about sales and marketing

• Good customer service skills 

• Good communication skills

• Proper management skills

• Basic understanding of all classes of Insurance.

• High self-confidence

• Skills in negotiation

• Ability to make and maintain client relationship.

• Sales motivation and strategic prospecting skills

• Ambitious with good presentation skills 

Qualification.

• A Degree or a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Insurance options.

• A Diploma or Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) 

Key roles

• Business Development: 

• Generate and analyze weekly business production reports.

• Ensure business renewals are done effectively to retain business. 

• Promote awareness of new insurance products.

Experience

1-2 years’ experience.

Remuneration

Monthly retainer plus commissions

• Applications of individuals who will have indicated their preferred regions will be considered.
