Summary:
Our group of companies in the service, manufacturing, and marketing of fast-moving goods is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who can oversee the sales and marketing teams to drive company sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, managing a team of sales executives, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive the company's growth in the fast-moving goods sector
· Meet with clients virtually or during sales visits to demonstrate and present products
· Establish new business relationships with corporate clients, NGOs, government institutions, and retail distributorship networks
· Maintain accurate records of sales performance and review monthly sales targets
· Negotiate contracts and packages to ensure maximum profitability
· Coordinate with the marketing department on lead generation and promotion of products
· Manage the sales team, including setting individual sales targets, tracking sales goals, and providing ongoing training and motivation
· Develop the sales team through counseling and product knowledge education
· Promote the organization and products to potential customers
· Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
· Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field
· 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG industry or similar experiences
· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and managing a sales team
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Dedication to providing great customer service
· Ability to work under pressure to deliver targets within tight deadlines
· Creative problem solving
· Fluent in English, good communication skills
· Possess an analytical and logical thinking process
· Disciplined approach to the management of people and work
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
