Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property; To oversee and coordinate all activities pertaining to preparation and approval of documents such as purchase and lease agreements.

Job Description/Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION
•    Plan and implement sales objectives and evaluate sales and advertising performance to ensure goal accomplishment in the company.
•    Manage Sales agents by setting weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the agents to work towards, and tracking these goals by meeting with agents on a regular basis.
•    Conducting team meetings and offer advice and incentives for agents to achieve the set goals.
•    Responsible for hiring and conducting interviews for sales staff, developing and implementing training programs that teach sales agents how to get customers, negotiate deals, acquire financing, and properly fill out sales paperwork.
•    Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
•    Responsible for administrative duties like preparing budget reports, marketing, planning open houses and other events that help develop sales leads for the company.
•    Maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
•    Meeting with clients who need specialized attention or experiencing a difficult situation and to also assist sales agents who need guidance with client meetings and communication.
•    To stay current on the real estate industry through researching new housing regulations and legislation that affects the sales department.
•    To attend industry meetings, seminars, and conferences to expand their industry knowledge and develop professional networks.
•    Identify business opportunities by prospecting different clients and visiting the potential customers for new business.
•    Reply to request for proposals, tender notices, and price quotations in a timely   manner.
•    Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
•    Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties in the housing industry.
•    Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
•    Act as the face of the company and offer exemplary customer service to all clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and marketing or business management from a recognized learning institution
•    Minimum of Four years’ in a similar role

COMPETENCIES
•    Specific knowledge and experience in the both the Real Estate and FMCG industry
•    Ability to manage numerous tasks in an environment of competing demands and deadlines
•    Proficient written and verbal communication skills
•    Attention to detail
•    Excellent interpersonal skills.
