Simba Fresh Ltd is a Large agricultural Farm dealing in growing and selling of Fresh farm produce especially Herbs, Vegetables and Fruits.
It is located in Naromoru, Nyeri county on the Nyeri-Nanyuki highway.

4.    Sales and Marketing Manager   

Duties and Responsibilities
•    Develop and implement effective sales strategies for each crop cycle
•    Maintaining accurate records
•    Reviewing sales performance
•    Participate in negotiating contracts and packages
•    Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
•    Managing sales orders to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed targets
•    Ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a supportive team.
•    Analyze regional and international market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
•    Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
•    Suggest new marketing and communication strategies that will drive sales
   
Qualifications and requirements
•    Diploma/Degree in Sales/IT or any related field
•    Over 5 years hands-on experience in sales for both local and export markets
•    Experience in marketing and selling agricultural fresh produce will be an obvious advantage
•    Good command of English and Kiswahili
•    Well groomed, confident and of amiable personality
