Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager shall increase sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within the assigned geographical area.

  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
  2. Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior management team and all other members of staff
  3. Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
  4. Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
  5. Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
  6. Present products and services to prospective customers
  7. Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  8. Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
  9. Assess sales performance according to KPIs and provide innovative solutions for stellar
  10. Monitor competition within assigned region
  11. Prepare and submit reports to the Managing Director
