Sales and Marketing Officer

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS :
The suitable candidate will have the following qualifications for the position:-
i. Must have a minimum professional qualification of a Diploma in Security Operations and management. Possession of a university degree in Security - related studies will be an added advantage.
ii. Must have a minimum academic qualification of a Plain C AND ABOVE in K.S.C.E.
iii. Must have the ability to stamp his/her authority in the marketing of the Company’s security services and leave its footprints through demonstrated passion and possession of skills in marketing.
iv. Must have an illustrious experience of not less than three years in a similar Capacity.
v. Must be a result-oriented person who can develop a security strategic plan to achieve and can demonstrate resilience in his/her performance in achieving tangible and quantifiable results within a short time.
vi. Must be one who believes in his/her –self and an achiever without supervision.
vii. Must be team player and sociable with good interpersonal skills.
viii. Must be a person with a pleasant character, respectful and has outstanding customer care.
ix. Must be honest and does not have integrity issues.
x. Must have thorough knowledge of Sales and Marketing and have unquestionable ability to develop Marketing strategies that will result in acquisition of customers for the Company within a short period.
