The candidate for this position will report to the CEO.
a) Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available to potential clients.
b) Persists in sales even in the face of failure.
c) Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
d) Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
e) Answers questions from clients.
f) Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources.
g) Finds ways to sell products in the face of a depressed market.
h) Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
i) Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them.
j) Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
k) Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement.
l) Makes product appeal to the target market.
m) Makes sure that he/she meets and/or surpasses sales quota/target during a given period.
n) Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of the Firm’s products.
o) Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
p) Plans and executes all marketing campaigns.
q) Identifies trends and insights and optimizes performance based on the insights.
r) Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies.
s) Helps identify new markets and business opportunities.
t) Keeps the CEO informed about customers’ feedback, both positive and negative, and any complaints, competitors and market trends and emerging practices.
u) Researches and studies clients’ specifications and wishes.
v) Advises the CEO and the Team on strategies to reach a particular audience.

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
a) Minimum education: Diploma in any field.
b) Proven working experience in SALES and MARKETING.
c) Experience in Travel and Tours Industry NOT necessary.
d) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
