Sales Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Sales Assistant to join our team. This position allows remote work within Kenya. As a Sales Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the sales team, assist in the maintenance and management of customer relationships, and ensure the efficient operation of the sales process.

Main Responsibilities:

Support the daily work of the sales team, including customer contact, data management and document processing.

Assist the sales team to follow up with potential customers, schedule meetings and prepare sales reports.

Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage and update customer databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Assist the sales team in market research and competitor analysis.

Support the planning and execution of marketing activities.

Assist in completing other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

Experience as a Sales Assistant or related position is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and customer service skills, able to efficiently solve customer problems.

Possess basic data analysis skills and be able to extract valuable information from data.

Have a team spirit and can work effectively with different departments and team members.

Have good English written and oral communication skills.
