Sales Assistant (Remote Work Available)

We are a dynamic company looking for an efficient and organized Sales Assistant to join our team. This position supports remote work and provides you with a flexible working environment. We are looking for a proactive candidate with excellent communication skills to work closely with our sales team to support and drive sales activities smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with customer relationship management, maintain and update customer database

Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services

Prepare sales reports and presentations, analyze sales data

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans

Track sales progress to ensure that sales targets are met on time

Coordinate the arrangement of team meetings and customer meetings

Handle sales contracts and other related documents

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met

Job Requirements:

Understand or be familiar with the Kenyan market

At least high school graduation, college degree is preferred

1-2 years of sales assistant or related work experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong customer service awareness and problem-solving skills
