Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the sales team, assist with account management, process sales documents, and provide support to drive sales performance. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, you can choose to work remotely or in the Nairobi office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team to manage and update the customer relationship management system
Prepare and process sales-related documents such as quotations, contracts, and invoices
Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, conference calls, and customer visits
Maintain customer files to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information
Assist in the collection and analysis of sales data and generate sales reports
Respond to customer inquiries, solve customer problems, and provide necessary support
Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process
Job Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience as a sales or administrative assistant
Excellent communication skills, able to maintain good interaction with team members and customers
Understanding the use of CRM software, basic data analysis skills are preferred
Fluent written and oral English skills
