Our client, a fast-growing restaurant based in Nairobi is looking to recruit a Sales Associate. He/she will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential corporate clients, and closing catering deals. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in sales and have be driven, motivated, and outgoing personality.
Key Requirements:
Facilitate company sales with accurate customer services; develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals. Create sales leads by researching, identifying, and contacting prospective customers. Develop and implement sales campaigns, including print/digital/social media, to grow sales. Share a weekly list of clients visited vs clients to be visited with the General Manager. Grow and retain corporate accounts by presenting new solutions and services to them. Share the concept and various revenue streams including catering services and dine in options for corporate clients.Qualifications:
Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in sales within the corporate sector. Must have at least 1 year of experience in Banqueting, Catering and F&B Strong negotiation and communication skills. Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment.Important Safety Tips
