About the Role
This role includes the following responsibilities:
● Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
● Grow customer base, Support and retain existing customers.
● Serves customers by helping them select products and making payments.
● Customer service Delivery:Through fast rate customer service and customer education.
● Generate and follow up on leads for potential customers.
● Meet personal and team sales target.
● Reporting: Assist in accurate and timely reporting of management information and market feedback on customer
Skills And Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business or related field.
● Proven sales experience.
● Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
● Computer use competency
● Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
● Self-motivated and driven.
