Job Description

• Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products.

• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer data base.

• Servicing the needs of your existing customers.

• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

• Collecting customer feedback and market research.

• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

• First class consultative sales skills. Good understanding of Features and Benefits.

• Monitor sales and profit for each account.

• Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with all clients and the company management

• Give pricing information to management and make recommendations.

• Ensure comprehensive route and Tendering plans in your territory –Route to Market plan which must include all centers and major towns.

• Do Market Intelligence on competition and provide appropriate recommendation for the same

• Do follow up on payments 

• Ensure all tenders are filled and submitted within the prescribed timelines.

• Do frequent communication with the client; and report any complaints by clients to your immediate supervisor and the Head of Sales for quick resolution. 

• Deliver promotional materials such as calendars, diaries, etc to your designated clients. Be the contact person between the company and the Key account. 

• Present a one on one report to the Managing director and the management once a month to communicate the state of business in your territory.

• Collecting cheques, verifying invoices being paid and transmitting the information to the  office for receipting and reconciliation
